Kasumi: Hello, Marina-san~!
All: Hello~.
Marina: Ah, it's Poppin'Party! Sorry to make you come all this way~.
Saaya: CiRCLE's always supporting us, so it's only fair that we return the favor!
Rimi: Kasumi-chan said we'd be helping CiRCLE out... If there's anything we can do, please tell us.
Marina: It's nothing super serious. I could just use a tiny bit of assistance with something.
Arisa: Please don't hold back for our sake~.
Tae: Yeah, we're all friends here.
Marina: Fufu. Thank you♪
Marina: You see, the number of people using CiRCLE has increased thanks to you all, so we wanted to take this opportunity to revamp our website.
Kasumi: So you're giving the website a makeover?! That's a great idea!
Marina: Anyway, we thought it'd be cool to have pages introducing a few of the bands that perform here often. That's what I called you all here for.
Arisa: A page...
Rimi: Introducing our band...
Marina: Ah, don't look into it too much. I just want to ask you a few casual questions. I'll put everything together afterwards.
Tae: That sounds kinda like a magazine interview. How fun.
Kasumi: It does, doesn't it?! Yay~! I've always wanted to be interviewed~.
Saaya: I'm excited to see what you ask us.
Marina: The questions I'll be asking all come from here.
Kasumi: Huh? Isn't that CiRCLE's notebook?
Marina: It sure is. A lot of people who come to your shows write questions.
Marina: Since we're already interviewing you, I thought it'd be best to base the questions off of the ones in this notebook.
Tae: I remember seeing a lot of comments written about our concerts, but I never noticed there were questions too.
Marina: Many of the them are from people who are looking into starting a band, so try to answer these questions as if you're a mentor giving a student advice.
Kasumi: Okay, no problem! We'll answer any and all questions~.
Marina: Alright, then let's start with this one. Let's see... "I started playing an instrument, but I'm not improving. Do you have any good practice methods?"
Marina: ... That's the end of the question... Well, what do you guys think? Do you have any ideas?
Kasumi: Of course! Learning to love music is the most important part! It's just like they always say, it's all about passion!
Arisa: You know, I don't think they're asking for a philosophical answer. You need to give them something more concrete, or it's not gonna be much help.
Kasumi: Ah, gotcha. In that case, it's all about rehearsing! Practice makes perfect, after all!
Tae: That's right. I completely agree.
Arisa: That's too obvious! We need to give them some sort of method...
Rimi: When I started playing the bass, I used to listen to a CD and try to play along.
Arisa: Yeah, that's it. They want something like that.
Rimi: Other than that, you shouldn't try to be perfect right away.
Saaya: Ah, I think I get what you mean.
Rimi: If you try to play perfectly right away, you'll end up falling behind the rhythm no matter what.
Rimi: Rhythm is very important to playing the bass, so even if I made a mistake while playing along, I still kept going.
Rimi: And before I knew it, I started making less mistakes.
Kasumi: Playing guitar is the same way! Music is all about going with the flow!
Arisa: Looking back on it now, there certainly were times where it felt like we were practicing in slow motion in the beginning...
Kasumi: Urgh... Thanks for helping me practice back then, you guys.
Tae: As for me, I like to play guitar while talking with everyone.
Saaya: I always see you doing that~.
Rimi: When we were all telling scary stories, you even provided the background music.
Tae: Talking and playing the guitar at the same time requires you to be able to focus on multiple things at once, so it turned out to be great practice.
Marina: I see~. Thanks, you guys! Okay. I think that should do it for this question. Our next question is...
Marina: Let's see... "Has anything unexpected ever happened to you in the middle of a concert?"
Kasumi: Something unexpected that happened, huh...? Have we had any incidents onstage?
Arisa: The only thing I can think of is the time we sang "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" at SPACE.
Kasumi: Huh...? How is that unexpected though?
Arisa: Come on, what else am I supposed to call it?!
Saaya: Ah, now that I think about it...
Rimi: Hm? Did something happen, Saaya-chan?
Saaya: Yeah... It wasn't that bad though. There was one time where I sent my drumsticks flying during a show.
All: What?!
Saaya: It was at the beginning of the song. Just as I raised my arms to start drumming, the drumsticks flew out of my hand, like whoosh... Fufufu.
Arisa: Whoosh, huh...?
Saaya: Lucky for me, I had an extra pair prepared just in case, so I quickly grabbed those. I made it in time for the song, but it was pretty close~.
Rimi: That really happened? I never even noticed.
Kasumi: I didn't know either...
Saaya: I was really glad I brought an extra pair of sticks with me. I might've ended up playing with my hands otherwise.
Tae: Now that sounds fun! You should give it a try at our next show!
Saaya: Umm, I don't know about that... I don't think you could call that drumming...
Marina: Fufufu, sounds like a lot happens during a show~. Thanks, you guys. Why don't we take a little break?

Marina: Is everyone back? Alright, are we ready to continue the interview?
Kasumi: Yup! We're good to go~!
Marina: In that case, the next question is... Ah, here we go...
Marina: It says, "I want to start a band. What do you think is the fun part of being in a band and doing concerts?" ... Well, what do you think?
Kasumi: What's fun about it? There are just so many things! I don't know which one to pick~!
Rimi: Same here. I don't know where to start.
Arisa: I mean, we don't have to think about it too hard. Why don't we just talk about the first thing we ever found enjoyable?
Kasumi: Alright, then you're up first, Arisa!
Arisa: M-me?!
Arisa: W-well, for me, it's... You know... The fact that I... made a lot of friends.
Saaya: Huh...? This is new... You're being so honest today, Arisa...
Arisa: S-so what?! I mean, we're answering this question for someone who wants to start a band. I have to give them a proper answer!
Marina: Fufufu, thank you, Arisa-chan. You guys don't have to be embarrassed. Just keep going!
Tae: Alright, then can I go next?
Marina: Of course! I'm really curious to hear your answer, Tae-chan~.
Tae: My answer is similar to Arisa's, but for me, it's when our sounds combine. After all, you can only do that in a band.
Kasumi: Yeah, yeah! I totally know what you mean! Hearing all of our sounds become one is the best~♪
Saaya: I had already left a band once, so I really understand how fun that can be, and how much you should appreciate it.
Rimi: I used to play together with my sister, but it's definitely different in a band. You have so many different sounds coming together, and that just makes it all the more fun.
Tae: Plus, when all our music comes together, it feels like the other sounds are playing with mine.
Kasumi: Wow, that's a great way to put it, O-Tae! That's how I feel too!
Marina: Leave it to Tae-chan to come up with such a great expression~. Maybe I'll make that the headline.
Rimi: Ah! Also, when we're on stage, it feels like our music really reaches everyone supporting us in the crowd. That always makes me emotional.
Kasumi: Exactly! I was gonna say the same thing!
Arisa: You know, it sounds like you're just stealing what everyone else is saying.
Kasumi: I can't help it! That's how I really feel~!
Arisa: Then say something in your own words. I'm sure there are plenty of people who want to hear what you have to say.
Tae: I bet you're the one who wants to hear it the most, right, Arisa?
Arisa: Shut up!
Kasumi: My own words, huh...? Well, in that case...
Kasumi: No matter how hard I look, I'll never find another moment like what I experience at a concert. That's what makes them so fun for me.
Kasumi: And the fact that I get to share that moment with everyone in the same time and space as me is the cherry on top!
Marina: So it's all about the moment, huh? Fufufu, that sounds like Poppin'Party, alright.
Arisa: Y-you know... You could've just said that from the beginning...
Kasumi: But I just thought of it now~.
Rimi: That's our Kasumi-chan. You can always count on her to pull it off in the end. Fufufu.
Marina: Thanks again, you guys~. There's still a lot I want to ask, but I think that should be enough.
Kasumi: Awww~, we're done already~? I wanna keep talking though~.
Marina: Don't worry. I still have one more thing I'd like you guys to do. Now where's my video camera...? Here it is.
Arisa: Huh...? A video camera?
Marina: You see, since there are so many people who want to try forming a band or playing music, I thought it'd be nice to film an encouraging message for them.
Arisa: So we have to say something encouraging... while facing that camera...?
Marina: It doesn't have to be anything complex. Do you think you can do that?
Tae: Alright, then I'll go first.
Arisa: O-Tae?! Are you seriously gonna do this?!
Tae: Yup, seriously. I just have to talk into the camera, right?
Marina: Thank you, Tae-chan. Alright, here comes the camera~.
Marina: And... Action.
Tae: Umm, this message is for everyone looking to start a band or play music.
Tae: You may not be able to play all the guitar chords at first, but you'll get there eventually, so don't give up. It'd be a waste to stop before you even get started.
Saaya: You might fight with your bandmates sometimes, but when that happens, you just need to come together and tell them how you're feeling.
Saaya: I'm sure you'll come to an understanding.
Rimi: Your friends are going to influence you in many ways, so take that opportunity to find a new you.
Rimi: And I'd love to see us perform together on the same stage someday!
Arisa: As for me... I just have to say that being in a band makes everything in your life more fun... Even your activities outside of music will become more enjoyable...
Kasumi: I've discovered so many more things I love since I joined my band! I've learned to treasure every single sparkling, heart-pounding moment!
Kasumi: So I hope you all work hard as a band too~!!
Kasumi: Alright, everybody, let's end this with a cheer! Ready... Go!
All: Popipa! Pipopa! Popipapa! Pipopa!

Ran: Good afternoon.
Marina: Ah, Ran-chan, you made it! I've been waiting!
Ran: I brought my bandmates along too, just like you asked.
All: Hello! Hey~!
Marina: Sorry to make you come all this way~. You see, I've got something to ask you...
Ran: Kasumi and the others told us what's going on.
Tsugumi: You're redoing the CiRCLE website, right?
Tomoe: Huh? Really?
Moca: Tomo-chin, weren't you listening~? That's what Poppin'Party told us when we ran into them~.
Tomoe: Ah, so that's what you were talking about! I thought Poppin'Party was the one making a website.
Himari: They said something about being interviewed by you, Marina-san...
Marina: I wouldn't call it an interview. I want to make pages introducing all the bands for our website, so I'm asking for all your help.
Moca: Does that mean you're gonna make a page for us too~? Well~, what do you think, Ran~?
Ran: CiRCLE is always helping us out, so don't you think we should return the favor?
Moca: Oh~, you're so mature, Ran~.
Ran: ...
Himari: S-sorry about that. It's like Ran said, though. You're always helping us out, so let's get started.
Marina: Yeah, thanks! I promise this will be over quickly!
Marina: Alright, then let's start with the first question. "I started playing an instrument, but I'm not improving. Do you have any good practice methods?"
Marina: What did Afterglow do to practice in the beginning?
Himari: That brings back memories~. I totally understand what they're going through.
Ran: The beginning, huh...? What were we like back then...?
Moca: Remember, Ran? You got all emotional when you finally managed to play a note. You even said, "It made a sound...!"
Ran: That's...!
Moca: Oh no~, don't tell me you don't remember~.
Ran: Of course I do! But I didn't say it like that.
Tsugumi: Didn't we find a song we all knew and practice using that score?
Tomoe: Yeah! It was easier to get motivated because we all knew the song.
Ran: Now that I think about it, that song only had four chords. That was probably a good place to start.
Himari: That's true! It's harder to improve if you start with something complicated right away. Plus, it could've really ruin the experience for us.
Tsugumi: We were all over the place at first. I remember being so moved when our sound finally started coming together.
Tomoe: For some reason, I remember Moca always saying, "Oho~, now that sounded like a real band~."
Moca: Yup, I did that for sure~. What fond memories of our younger days~.
Marina: I see~. Thanks! Listening to you guys reminds me of when I was starting my own band.
Marina: I'm gonna move onto the next question, okay? Let's see... "Has anything unexpected ever happened to you in the middle of a concert?"
Himari: Something unexpected, huh...? I can't think of anything. Can you guys...?
Moca: Ah...
Tomoe: Oh, you got something in mind, Moca?
Moca: Don't you? I don't know what concert it was, but Hii-chan tried to get the crowd going by chanting, "Hey! Hey! Hoh!"
Himari: ...?!
Tomoe: Oh yeah, I remember that! Ahaha!
Moca: No one knew how to react, so they just went. "Yay~..." I guess you could say that was pretty unexpected~.
Ran: It was a pretty lukewarm reaction, wasn't it?
Himari: Oh~! You guys are so mean! That wasn't unexpected at all! I know you won't do it normally, but you could at least chant along with me during our shows!
Moca: Well~, sounds like we're the same as always, even while performing~.
Tsugumi: In that case, I guess you could say the same thing about the time Tomoe-chan tried to get us to yell "Soi-ya!"
Ran & Moca & Himari: Yeah~...
Tomoe: Huh?! What's wrong with that?!
Moca: I wouldn't say it's unexpected. It just sounds like a battle cry~.
Tomoe: Come on, that's not true!
Tomoe: Well, no one else will do it with me, so right now I'm the only one who does it before our shows. It's a great way to get pumped up!
Marina: Fufufu, Thanks, you guys! Alright, let's take a short break.

Marina: Alright, should we pick up where we left off? Is everybody here?
Ran: Yup, we're good.
Marina: Let's see, the next question is... "I want to start a band. What do you think is the fun part of being in a band and doing concerts?"
Marina: When do you guys feel like you're having fun?
Himari: The fun part, huh...? Isn't that pretty hard to answer? I mean, being in a band is fun most of the time.
Tomoe: Yeah, overall, I'd say it's an enjoyable experience.
Ran: Well, for me...
Moca: Oh, it seems Ran-sensei has an idea. Everyone, attention please~.
Ran: ... Never mind.
Himari: Oh~, stop teasing her, Moca! Ran, if you have something to say, go right ahead.
Ran: Sigh...
Ran: How do I say this...? Getting the crowd excited is fun and all, but everything leading up to that is also important...
Ran: I guess the most fun part for me is hearing everyone's opinions on a song and watching it slowly become an Afterglow song...
Tomoe: Watching it slowly become an Afterglow song...
Tomoe: I gotcha... Leave it to Ran to say just the right thing!
Tsugumi: I totally understand! Talking about and creating a song together are both so much fun!
Tomoe: You've even asked for our opinions on the image for songs before, haven't you?
Ran: I sure have. Fufufu.
Himari: Sniff...
Moca: Huh? Hii-chan...? What're you crying for now~?
Himari: How couldn't I~? Didn't you hear what Ran said~? It was amazing~.
Ran: C-come on, Himari, cut it out. I didn't say anything that great.
Marina: No, I think you said something very important, Ran-chan.
Ran: Marina-san?
Marina: Being able to ask your bandmates for advice is one of the big benefits to being in a band. You're never on your own. That's definitely part of the fun.
Moca: Nothing better than a bunch of differing viewpoints~. Yup, I completely agree with Ran~.
Ran: Come on, Moca. Don't say it if you don't mean it.
Moca: I'm not joking around~. I really do agree~.
Marina: Okay, that was the last question... Now we just have the filming to do.
Tsugumi: ... Huh? Is that... a camera?
Marina: Huh? Didn't Kasumi-chan and the others tell you? I'm filming encouraging video messages for the people who want to start bands or music.
Himari: Huh? A video?! Oh no, are my eyes red?! Do they look okay?
Marina: Fufu, you look fine. Alright everyone, I'm turning on the camera!
Marina: And, action!
Tomoe: I'll go first! Um, this is for all the people out there thinking of starting a band or instrument!
Tomoe: Use your music to strengthen your friendships. As long as you play music with people you can talk to with intensity, you'll do great!
Tsugumi: If you're still debating whether or not you want to start, I say go for it! You've got to strike while the iron is hot! We're here for you!
Himari: If you're scared to start on your own, try talking to your friends! They should be able to help!
Moca: Even if you've all got different opinions, I don't think anybody truly hates music~.
Moca: There might be more people looking to join a band than you think~. There are sure to be many deep concerts in your future~.
Ran: Being in a band can be plenty tough, but the good stuff outweighs the bad.
Ran: And above all else... Starting a band helped me take a good, hard look at myself. So...
Ran: I want your band experience to be as meaningful as ours. Good luck, and we're cheering you on.
Moca: Oho~, she faced the camera head-on... Nice.
Ran: ...
Ran: Shut up, Moca.

Aya: Hello~!
Marina: Ah, hey there, everybody!
All: Hello~.
Marina: ... Hm? Aren't you guys a little early? We still have thirty minutes before we're supposed to meet...
Chisato: We like to avoid being late at all cost, so we make it a habit to arrive early to any appointments we have.
Chisato: If it's not too much trouble, could we wait here until it's time?
Marina: Gotcha! You guys sure are professional~.
Marina: I don't really have anything else going on, so why don't we get started a little early? You see, I-
Hina: We heard all about it! You're gonna interview us, right? We were all talking about it in the group chat.
Marina: I see, then that makes things easier. We're updating CiRCLE's website. Do you think you guys could help out? Please?
Maya: You don't have to be so timid about it. CiRCLE is always helping us. This is the least we can do.
Eve: I have been interviewed by magazines before, but the fact that it is Marina-san doing the interview does feel a bit strange.
Aya: True. Instead of an interview, it might end up sounding like a normal conversation.
Marina: Fufufu, it's nice to know you can all relax around me. Um, alright, then let's start with the first question.
Marina: Here we go. "I started playing an instrument, but I'm not improving. Do you have any good practice methods?" ... Well? Any suggestions?
Aya: Practicing instruments, huh~? I can't really answer that one. This one's for you guys.
Maya: No, wait, I'm sure plenty of people want to hear about what you do to practice your vocals, Aya-san. You should definitely share it with everybody!
Chisato: That's right. Didn't you do a lot of physical training?
Aya: Yeah, that's probably the bulk of it. Singing in concert takes a lot of strength, so I exercise a lot. I run, do sit-ups and push-ups... All sorts of stuff.
Hina: Aren't you forgetting something? You were always coming up with new poses!
Eve: That is correct! You used to prepare all kinds of poses before an appearance!
Aya: Wh-when you say it like that, it's so embarrassing...
Chisato: It's nothing to be ashamed of. That just shows how well you do your job as our vocalist.
Aya: Thanks, Chisato-chan. That's enough about me, though. You guys should talk about yourselves...
Hina: I don't think you need to practice. As long as you're making noise, that's good enough, right?
Chisato: Umm... You're a bit special in that regard, so I don't think that'll make for good advice...
Hina: Huh? Why not? In that case, what did you do, Chisato-chan?
Chisato: Well, let's see... I did watch a lot of videos of experienced musicians.
Aya: So you played along with the video to practice, right?
Chisato: Well, not quite.
Chisato: I certainly watched how they positioned their fingers, but I also watched how they moved onstage, how they looked around the room, and what expressions they were making.
Chisato: Watching those small, casual movements helped me decide how I wanted to perform.
Eve: I see! So you were mentally practicing!
Chisato: Yes, I suppose that's a nice way to put it.
Maya: That's our Chisato-san! Mental practice is incredibly important!
Aya: It is?
Maya: This is true of all things, but starting with an image in mind is very wise.
Maya: A lot of the session musicians I've talked to also start with a mental image in mind!
Aya: I see~... Ah, now that I think about it, whenever I was having trouble with something, I'd watch a video of Ayumi-san performing to get some hints!
Maya: Yup, that's the same thing! It's also a good idea to do some light practice before getting a good night's sleep.
Maya: That way you can give your mind the chance to really absorb the practice. When you wake up the next morning, you might find that you can now do the parts you were having trouble with before.
Eve: I have actually tested out what Maya-san just said, and it truly does work! I highly recommend it!
Marina: I see~. Leave it to Maya-chan to give such professional advice. Thanks!
Marina: Alright, time to move on to the next question...
Marina: Let's see... "Has anything unexpected ever happened to you in the middle of a concert?"
Hina: Alright~, now this is the perfect question for Aya-chan~.
Aya: Huh?! Why me?!
Hina: You're always doing unexpected things. Especially during your MCing.
Aya: Those are just small mistakes though. They're nothing major...
Chisato: Ah, actually... Didn't you almost go onstage wearing the wrong costume once?
Maya: Ah~, that's right, she did!
Aya: Th-that really scared me~. Once I took off my coat, I saw I was the only one wearing a different costume...!
Hina: Ahaha! You should've seen your face. Remembering it now still makes me laugh~.
Eve: You were still able to quickly change and get back in time for our show, though!
Marina: Wow, I had no idea. You'll have to tell me all about it later.
Aya: Marina-san~... Don't say that~.
Marina: Fufufu, I'm just kidding. Why don't we take a break?

Marina: Okay, it's about time we get back to those questions. Is everybody ready?
Aya: Umm... We're not going to talk about any more accidents, are we?
Marina: Fufufu, don't worry, we're done with those. Let's see...
Marina: The next question is... "I want to start a band. What do you think is the fun part of being in a band and doing concerts?"
Aya: The fun part, huh...? Hmm~, it's all pretty fun...
Marina: That's true, but if you had to pick one thing, what would it be?
Chisato: I find the intensity of a concert truly amazing. You don't experience that when filming for a drama or movie.
Maya: I feel the same way!
Maya: Even if it's the same music, playing in concert is much more exciting than playing in the studio.
Hina: When I think about how a bunch of strangers come to our concerts just to see us, I can't help but feel boppin'♪
Eve: Both our band and our fans are giving their all during a concert! You can really feel the bushido!
Aya: Hey, do you guys ever feel like you give a better performance because of the fans' energy at a concert? I definitely do.
Chisato: Sometimes. I also have moments where I'll notice things during a concert that I didn't during practice.
Aya: Same here! After seeing our fans' reactions, I'll think to myself, "Oh, so that's what those lyrics mean!"
Marina: Whoa~, now that sounds interesting. What do you mean by that?
Chisato: Unlike other bands, the songs we perform are made for us. While we certainly try to discuss the meaning of our songs during practice...
Chisato: There are times when we realize certain aspects of a song onstage.
Aya: I guess you could say our fans are the ones teaching us.
Marina: Gotcha~. Now that's something we can only hear from Pastel✽Palettes. Thank you!
Aya: You know, all sorts of people come to our shows.
Aya: Among them, there are probably people who arrive feeling kinda sad.
Aya: I think one of the most enjoyable parts of a show is being able to help those people forget their worries and smile.
Marina: Wow~, now that's a good quote~. Thanks, you guys!
Marina: Alright, all that's left is-
Aya: A video message for all the people who want to start playing music, right?! We heard all about it.
Marina: Fufufu, then that saves us some time. Hold on a second, let me get the camera ready...
Marina: And... Action!
Aya: Hello, everyone! It's me, Aya Maruyama, the fluffy pink vocalist of Pastel✽Palettes♪
Aya: If you're thinking of starting a band or instrument, this message is for you. Things may not go as planned at first, but just do your best and don't ever give up!
Aya: Together with your band, hold onto your dreams and moob towards dem! ... Ah, I messed up!
Hina: Ahahaha! Someone's having trouble with her th's and v's~.
Aya: Oooh~, I really wanted to look cool too~.
Hina: You really are the best~. You know, I guess this band is the reason I got to meet interesting people like Aya-chan.
Hina: And the same goes for everyone watching. Make sure you meet lots of people and discover all sorts of boppin' stuff♪
Eve: Just like me! I found my wonderful friends through music! I am so happy I play music in a band!
Eve: Where there is a will, there is a way! Go forth with your bushido spirit!
Maya: This doesn't just apply to music, but one of the best things about being in a band is enjoying everyone's individual styles!
Maya: Even if you're only a little interested, give music a shot. You won't regret it.
Hina: And that just leaves Chisato-chan! Give us a super cool closer~.
Chisato: Hina-chan... Don't say it like that. It's too much pressure.
Hina: You say that, but you are really good at this stuff.
Chisato: Well, I do my best.
Chisato: Alright then... This message is for everyone out there thinking of starting a band or instrument. As you can probably tell, music is the reason everyone in Pastel✽Palettes is so close.
Chisato: Never forget your love of music. As long as you have that, the time you spend on it will be filled with joy.
Chisato: Take hold of your dreams and move forward, one step at a time.
Chisato: And don't forget, everyone in Pastel✽Palettes will be working just as hard as you. We look forward to your continued support.
Chisato: ... How was that?
Aya: Whoa... Chisato-chan... You really are good at this...
Eve: You even snuck in a promotion for our band...
Maya: That's what you get with a true professional...
Chisato: Fufufufu.

Yukina: Good afternoon, Marina-san.
Marina: Ah, Yukina-chan, welcome! Come on in! Did you bring the rest of your band as well?
Yukina: Of course. We had a meeting before this, so we came together.
All: Hello~.
Marina: Oh~, you all look great today. It's like you're bursting with confidence.
Ako: You think so? We seem pretty normal to me.
Marina: I don't think it's something that you guys would notice yourselves. It feels like Roselia's really powered up since Future World Fes.
Ako: Fufufu~, that's because the new adventures of Roselia are just beginning~.
Lisa: Ako~, remember what Yukina said at our meeting? You need to take this more seriously~.
Ako: Okay~...
Rinko: We must... recognize how far we've come... if we want to... aim for new heights...
Marina: Fufufu, as stoic as ever, I see~. We'll be here to cheer you on, so do your best!
Sayo: Thank you very much. Anyway, about today...
Marina: Ah, right, my bad. You've got practice after this! In that case, I'll get right down to it...
Lisa: Ah, this is for those interviews I've heard so much about, right? Himari posted about it online.
Marina: Fufufu, she really makes it easier to explain everything. I'll have to thank Himari-chan later.
Marina: Alright, can I start with the first question? "I started playing an instrument, but I'm not improving. Do you have any good practice methods?"
Marina: ... So, what do you guys think?
Sayo: It's very simple. Practice makes perfect, after all.
Sayo: You cannot go wrong with increasing the amount of time you practice. The more you work at it, the better you will become.
Lisa: Well, that's true, but... I think they're looking for something a bit more detailed than that.
Rinko: Whenever... I'm having trouble... I stop to think... why I'm struggling...
Rinko: I try to figure out if it's... because I'm not skilled enough... or if I'm... picturing the song incorrectly...
Ako: Oh~, now that's a great answer, Rin-rin~! I totally agree!
Ako: If your image of the song is different from everyone else, it's gonna sound weird no matter what you do.
Lisa: Likewise, it's really important to listen to the sounds around you. You need to figure out what kind of image the rest of your bandmates are trying to create.
Lisa: What do you think, Yukina?
Yukina: I think having a clear goal is important.
Yukina: You have to decide what you want to achieve through your current practice. Otherwise you'll end up distracted, and the practice will go to waste.
Lisa: You do bring that up before every practice. We always decide what we want to work on beforehand.
Sayo: Thanks to that, we always have very efficient rehearsals.
Yukina: While it's important to enjoy the music you create, you should still take it seriously.
Marina: So it's all about having a goal in mind, huh~? I'm sure that'll be very helpful. Thanks, guys!
Marina: Ready for the next question? Here we go...
Marina: The next question is... "Has anything unexpected ever happened to you in the middle of a concert?" ... Well? Has Roselia ever had any mishaps?
Sayo: All concerts come with their fair share of incidents... However, you should prepare yourself so that nothing phases you enough to cause one.
Sayo: I've had bowstrings on my guitar snap while on stage, but when that happens, I simply change my positioning and carry on.
Sayo: Other times, I'll change the octave all together. As long as you are able to make that judgment call and follow through, you can handle the unexpected before it's too late.
Lisa: You make it sound so easy, but that's actually quite difficult...
Ako: Ah! What about that one thing?!
Lisa: Hm? What are you talking about, Ako?
Ako: I don't know if you can call this unexpected, but I get the feeling Lisa-nee's been bringing more cookies lately.
Lisa: Huh?! How does that have anything to do with what Sayo's talking about?
Ako: I think they're also getting tastier and tastier too~. This can't be good for me. I'm gonna gain too much weight~.
Rinko: That's true... They are getting tastier...
Lisa: Oh~, come on, you guys~. I can't tell if I'm supposed to be flattered or what~.
Yukina: We have practice after this. Did you bring some this time as well...?
Lisa: Yup, of course I did. They're in this bag here...
Sayo: S-so many...
Ako: See?! That many cookies can't be good for us!
Yukina: Fufufu... I suppose you could say that would be unexpected.
Yukina: We'll just have to see if Lisa's cookies have indeed become tastier after this.
Marina: Um... Could I join you guys? Why don't we take a break for a cookie taste test?

Marina: Phew~, those cookies sure were good, Lisa-chan~. It'd be really easy to eat too many of them.
Ako: Right~? She brings these cookies to every single practice. There's no way I can avoid gaining weight~.
Rinko: Ako-chan... You've got crumbs all over your mouth...
Ako: Ah, I ate too fast...
Lisa: Ahaha... I suppose I have been making too many lately...
Yukina: That being said, your cookies certainly help fuel our practices. I see nothing wrong with bringing them.
Sayo: What's more, they have a strange calming effect on us all. I too see nothing wrong with them.
Lisa: Really?! Great~! In that case, I'll keep bringing themā˜†
Marina: Fufufu, now that that's settled, shall we continue?
Marina: Let's see... "I want to start a band. What do you think is the fun part of being in a band and doing concerts?"
Marina: ... What do you think?
Yukina: The fun part...
Ako: I know, I know~! It's all fun! Everything from practice to our concerts!
Marina: Hmm~, well, that's what everyone else has been saying, but could you give me a slightly more specific example? I'd appreciate it.
Ako: Something specific, huh~?
Rinko: I think... If you're only looking for fun... You can find that... outside of a band as well...
Rinko: However... when I perform with everyone... I can tell... that I really love music.
Rinko: I wouldn't feel that... outside of a band.
Ako: Exactly! That's Rin-rin for you!
Ako: Ah! I like working towards the same goal with everybody else~. It's like we're all in the same party in an RPG! It's so cool!
Lisa: It kinda sucks when you hit a wall, but once you've overcome it with your bandmates, you feel accomplished and glad you joined a band♪
Sayo: I get the feeling I was only able to face my own feelings because of my bandmates.
Sayo: I don't know if I'd call that fun, but it certainly is something you experience with a band.
Lisa: Oh~, now that was deep~. Alright, then that leaves you, Yukina! What do you find fun about music and being in a band?
Ako: I can't wait to hear what you have to say~.
Yukina: Don't put that much pressure on me. My answer is actually very simple. The fun part of being in a band-... No, of being in Roselia is...
Yukina: Being able to perform and sing with you all.
Yukina: Nothing else matters.
Lisa: Yukina...
Yukina: That being said, I only came to that conclusion recently. I'm not sure that's applicable to someone looking to start a band.
Marina: No, that's not true at all. Your words definitely mean a lot. Thank you.
Marina: Alright, I've just got one last request. Could I get a message from each of you to the people looking to start playing music? Alright, here we go!
Marina: And... Action!
Ako: Okay, I'll go first! Hello to anyone thinking of starting a band or instrument!
Ako: Remember this and all will be well. You must take the fiery passion within you and... umm... ride the... uhh... sound of the music! Then you'll have a blast!
Ako: After all, music is cool! If you're interested, give it a shot!
Rinko: Music will... guide you to... a new and improved you... I'm sure you'll find... a side of yourself... you didn't know existed...
Rinko: I hope you... take that first step.
Sayo: There may be times where you do not feel as though you have improved, despite your daily practices.
Sayo: Just remember that struggling is necessary sometimes. If you plan on continuing down a path, it is important to rest.
Lisa: Always treasure the desire to start playing music! I hope you get to experience what it's like to hear all your sounds meld into one♪
Lisa: We're cheering for you, so do your bestā˜†
Lisa: And that leaves Yukina!
Yukina: I just have one thing to say...
Yukina: Are you truly ready to risk everything for your music?
Ako: Yukina-san... You're so cool~♪
Yukina: I look forward to standing on the same stage as you.
Sayo: I just hope we share the same amount of conviction as them when they arrive.
Yukina: Of course we will. After all...
Yukina: We are Roselia.

Kokoro: Sorry we kept you waiting, Marina! You're interviewing us today, right?! Then let's get started!
Marina: Ah, hello there, Kokoro-chan, everyone. Thank you all for coming today!
Kaoru: Fufu, this was a request from the one and only Marina-san, after all. It is the least we can do. Now then, let us begin the interview.
Hagumi: I've never been interviewed before, and I've always wanted to know what it's like! Thanks, Marina-san!
Misaki: Come on, guys, I know you're excited, but calm down. Sorry about that...
Marina: Not at all. I'm glad you're looking forward to it.
Kanon: We were talking about it the whole way here.
Kokoro: So what are you gonna ask us? I'll answer every question you've got!
Marina: I just have a few questions. Why don't we get started with this one?
Marina: The first question is... "I started playing an instrument, but I'm not improving. Do you have any good practice methods?"
Kokoro: All you need is a smile! If you smile while practicing, you'll get better for sure!
Misaki: I figured you'd say something like that. You don't even play an instrument.
Kokoro: That doesn't matter! Playing music with a smile is the most important thing, no matter what you do!
Hagumi: I agree! Practicing with a smile is the best!
Hagumi: Other than that... Ah! You should practice on a full stomach!
Hagumi: If I play when I'm hungry, my bass sounds weak too~.
Kaoru: What's more, your practice must be... fleeting. A smile may be important but so is a sense of fleetingness.
Kaoru: Conjure the fleetingness with your mind and absorb it into your being. At times, let it flash forth with fiery passion, and other times, you must treasure it quietly. It is but that...
Misaki: Yup, didn't understand a word of that.
Misaki: Umm, we're not gonna get anywhere with those three, so I'm counting on you, Kanon-san.
Kanon: M-me? Well... Let me think~...
Kanon: I guess the answer for me is... also smiling.
Misaki: Huh?! You too, Kanon-san?! You've gotta take this seriously!
Misaki: If you say smiling, that means our page is gonna be filled with talk of smiles, food, and fleeting. Are you really okay with that?
Kanon: Fuee~, I'm sorry. I just couldn't think of anything on the spot~. Just give me a minute to think it over... Hmm...
Kanon: Ah, I know what's important.
Misaki: What is it?
Kanon: Not getting lost on my way to the studio.
Misaki: ... Um, Marina-san, I'm sorry. Please pretend you didn't hear that...
Kokoro: Well, what about you, Misaki? I want to hear what you have to say!
Hagumi: Ah, wait, Kokoron! Mii-kun doesn't play an instrument! Shouldn't we ask Michelle?
Kokoro: Oh yeah! Misaki, when is Michelle going to get here?
Misaki: Ah... Michelle can't make it today...
Kokoro: Oh dear. She can't?
Misaki: Yeah, she said... she's got a meeting with other fluffy mascots from all over the country...
Kokoro: I see. Well, we can't have her missing such an important meeting. In that case, what do you think she would say? You must know, right, Misaki?
Misaki: Huh? What would Michelle say? Umm, let me think... She'd probably say...
Misaki: Instead of practicing by yourself, do it with somebody else. With another person there, you'll want to get better for that person's sake.
Misaki: ... Maybe she'd say something like that? I'm not sure though.
Kokoro: That's it! That's exactly what I was thinking!
Hagumi: Huh?! You too, Kokoron?! Me too! I just know Michelle would say something like that!
Kaoru: Fufu, Hello, Happy World! truly is a band guided by fate. Though we may be apart, our feelings are forever entwined... Ah, how fleeting.
Marina: Fufufu, thank you for such a great answer! Make sure you thank Michelle for me, Misaki-chan.
Misaki: Y-yeah...
Marina: Now, our next question is... "Has anything unexpected ever happened to you in the middle of a concert?"
Misaki: I mean... Hello, Happy World!'s existence itself is a bit unexpected... We can't possibly list them all...
Kanon: That's true. A lot has happened to us~.
Hagumi: I thought what happened at our last preschool concert was super fun!
Marina: What happened?
Kaoru: The little ones kept venturing onto the stage, so our dear Kokoro taught them all a dance, which we did together.
Kokoro: Now that was oodles and oodles of fun! I'd love to do that again!
Hagumi: Yeah, we totally should!
Misaki: Anyway, that's what our concerts are usually like... I don't think our stories will really help anyone...
Marina: I don't know about that. I think I might've figured out why Hello, Happy World!'s concerts are so popular. Thanks, you guys!
Misaki: You are way too good at praising people, Marina-san.
Marina: Fufufu, why don't we take a break before we move on?

Marina: Alright, are you ready to get back to the interview?
Kokoro: I am! What about you guys?
Kaoru: But of course. My little kittens surely wish to know more about us, so as long as time permits, I shall continue to answer your inquiries.
Marina: Fufu, Thank you. Alright, then here's the next question.
Marina: Let's see... "I want to start a band. What do you think is the fun part of being in a band and doing concerts?"
Hagumi: Everything about it is fun! I can't think of anything that's not~.
Hagumi: So putting what I find fun into words is gonna be hard for me.
Kaoru: Fufu, fret not, dear Hagumi. Fun is something you feel with your heart, not your head. Of course you cannot put it into words.
Kanon: I think being in a band has made me more courageous. As long as we're together, I feel like there's nothing I can't do.
Kanon: I've never felt that way before, so getting to experience that sensation is fun for me.
Misaki: Compared to last time, that answer was much more put together... Was the problem Kokoro...?
Misaki: Well, Kokoro? What do you find fun about being in a band?
Kokoro: Everything! After all, being in a band makes me smile!
Misaki: I figured you'd say that.
Kokoro: Being in a band and playing music aren't the only things that make me smile though!
Misaki: Huh?
Kokoro: So if you want to join a band, than join a band! But if you want to do something else, do that instead!
Kokoro: Being in a band isn't the only way to have fun! It's just one of many enjoyable activities!
Kokoro: Instead of just being in a band, you should try all sorts of things. That way you'll have even more fun, and you'll smile more too!
Kokoro: After all, the world's full of fun!
Misaki: ... Hahaha. That's Kokoro for you... Sometimes she really hits the nail on the head...
Kanon: The world's full of fun... We really understand those words as members of Hello, Happy World!
Hagumi: You're amazing, Kokoron! You said exactly what I wanted to say!
Hagumi: I mean, I love being in a band, but I also love softball! Thanks, Kokoron! I'll never forget what you said today!
Kaoru: Kokoro... You and I truly do share the same soul. With your words, a new poem has come to mind.
Kaoru: A poem more fleeting than anything else before it.
Misaki: Fufufu, aren't you guys going a little overboard...?
Misaki: Still, getting to meet people like you guys is probably the most enjoyable part of being in a band for me...
Misaki: You've got me, hook, line, and sinker.
Marina: Fufufu. That's exactly what I expect from a joyful band like Hello, Happy World!
Marina: Thank you.
Marina: Okay, the last thing I want from you guys is a message to everyone looking to start a band or instrument... Let me get the camera.
Marina: And... Action.
Kaoru: To my little kittens who yearn to join a band, merely seeing a concert will only reveal half the fun of a musical performance. If you wish to experience the real deal, you must try it yourselves.
Kaoru: As the great authors of the past once said, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained."
Kaoru: I, Kaoru Seta, will forever be by your side. I hope you will take this chance to pursue the path to your desires.
Kanon: If you can't find the courage to take that first step, just sing this little charm...
Kanon: Happiness! Happy magical♪ This magic spell will give you courage. Good luck.
Hagumi: It's okay if you can't play your instrument at first! The most important thing is to have fun playing music! As long as you give it your all, you'll get better!
Hagumi: Ah, but don't let yourself go hungry. Make sure you eat up! I recommend croquettes!
Misaki: There'll be rough patches, but I don't think you'll ever regret joining a band.
Misaki: And coming from me, that means a lot. Although, I wouldn't recommend playing in a mascot costume... Hahaha.
Kokoro: If you want to play in a band, then get out there and play! Don't waste time thinking about it!
Kokoro: Today doesn't last forever, so you've got to make the most of it!
Kokoro: If everyone does what they love, our smiles will spread, and soon, the whole world will be smiling!
Kokoro: So...
Kokoro: Join us as we make the world smile!
Kokoro: Alright. Ready, everybody~?! On your mark, get set...
Kokoro: Happy! Lucky! Smile...!
All: Yaaay~!!
