Galaxy Owner is the owner of the livehouse Galaxy and father of Satou Masuki. He used to play the drums in the death metal band DEATH GALAXY, alongside their guitarist and bassist Uzaki Sora. He also owns the "Galaxy Fruit and Vegetable Store" (銀河青果店), which sits at street level above the livehouse. Although he looks quiet and strict, he shed tears when he saw Poppin'Party's performance, much to Masuki's embarrassment.
