Hayashi Coco (林鼓子) was born on May 15, 2002, in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is the voice actress of Shiina Taki and the drummer of MyGO!!!!! She is currently affiliated with LIBERTE.

Background

Coco became interested in musicals through her mother who loved Disney movies. Coco realized she wanted to become a voice actress after attending one of Mizuki Nana's concerts in elementary school. Her father, who is an otaku, supported her dream and suggested she try it out. From April 2012 till 2014, Coco was affiliated with Space Craft Junior and appeared in TV programs such as "Ohasuta 645".

In 2017, Coco successfully auditioned and was scouted through avex x 81 Produce Wake Up, Girls! AUDITION 3rd Anisong Vocal Audition and became a member of the Run Girls, Run! idol group, as well as affiliated with her previous agency, 81 Produce. Shen then debuted as a voice actress with the role of Hayashi Ayumi, her character in the Wake Up, Girls! universe.

On March 25, 2023, Run Girls, Run! was disbanded after their Final Live. She then left 81 Produce on March 31, 2023 and became a freelancer. On June 2, 2023, Coco announced that she has joined mitt management. On April 2, 2025, Coco announced that she left mitt management on March 31 after the contract between her and the agency expired. On June 1, 2025, Coco announced that she has now become affiliated with LIBERTE.

Coco was also one of the four winners of the Best New Actress Award at the 13th Seiyuu Awards.

Coco started playing the drums after being influenced by her older brother, who used to play in a rock band. She also used to be one of the percussionists of her school's brass band.

Personality & Hobbies

Coco's hobbies include watching anime and musicals and Takarazuka plays, drumming, drawing and listening to rock music. She enjoys attending concerts, and usually goes to them with her father. Some of Coco's favorite foods are french fries and cold noodles.

She is also close friends with Takao Kanon.
