It is the title track of their 13th single, with What's the POPIPA!? as the coupling track. It was released on February 20, 2019. The Blu-ray edition includes recorded footage of HAPPY PARTY 2018.
Together with Safe and Sound, it was used as one of the ending theme songs for BanG Dream! 2nd Season. It was also used as an insert song for the same season's 12th episode.
