Okada Mei (岡田夢以) was born on May 19, 1996, in Fukayama, Saitama, Japan. She is the voice actress of Yahata Umiri and the bassist of Ave Mujica. She is currently affiliated with A-Plus and Ace Crew Entertainment.

Mei is the second of three daughters and she was named after Kusakabe Mei from My Neighbor Totoro.
In 2014, Mei debuted as an idol and was also appointed the leader of the military-themed idol unit Tenkou Shoujo Kagekidan (later renamed Tenkou Shoujo*).[1] She graduated from the group on November 26, 2019.

Mei's special skills include tea ceremonies and calligraphy, and she has even attained seventh Dan in calligraphy.[3] Her hobbies include watching anime, playing soft tennis and drawing.
She loves cocoa and mapo tofu. One of her favorite animals is sheep.[4]
