Ah. By the way, I heard about RAS at the Tokyo R Festival.
LAYER

A friend who went to the festival went on and on about you, though. She said she could see how fired up you were before you started playing.

I bet you did. Lots of people get nervous when there's trouble on stage, so it sounds like you handled things well.
LAYER
When things were looking bad, it was like my body just took over and started doing its own thing...

When I told myself I was there to crush the festival as a member of RAS, all the noise around me faded away.

And then, all I could think about was going wild with my bandmates and blasting the audience with the full force of our music.

After I saw LOCK yell her heart out, I didn't care anymore whether we won or lost the competition.

I see. Not being afraid to fail gave you the strength to perform at your best.
LAYER

LAYER
... I might have been surprised to hear something like this back when I was only helping other bands, though.

LAYER
When you're only helping out, your job is to play exactly as instructed, you know?
LAYER
So I was always telling myself that I had to play perfectly.
Marina
I wonder if that part of you changed once you joined a band.
LAYER
It did. Sometimes I think back on how I was. Becoming a member of RAS has changed me in ways I never imagined.
LAYER
And I think I'll keep changing alongside the others in RAS, too.
Marina
I see... Well, I look forward to watching over you and seeing how you will change from now on.
LAYER
