The Japanese version was used as an insert song for the 3rd and 4th episodes of BanG Dream! 1st Season.
BanG Dream! has released a beginning stage version titled Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star ~Beginning Stage Ver.~ (きらきら星～はじまりのステージVer.～, Kirakiraboshi ~Hajimaru no Stage Ver.~). It was freely downloadable for a limited period of time.
