Utsonomiya was the son of Mami and the father of Arisa. He is one of the minor characters from the light novel BanG_Dream! as well as its manga adaptation BanG Dream!: Star Beat. He was the guitarist of the all-male band named RAZES, owner of the Random Star, and creator of the "BanG_Dream!" melody.
He owned many instruments, as he had a guitar and a bass in his possession that were left alone after he passed. According to his daughter, it was like he was pulled straight out of the sengoku period. He was an eccentric man and the goofball of the family. Because his mother and wife let him do as he pleased, he could act as free as he wanted to.
