• This in-game event was supposed to tie in with the live event BanG Dream! Special☆LIVE Girls Band Party! 2020, which was going to be held on May 3, 2020. However, it was delayed due to the CoVID-19 pandemic, and as a result, both events were held independently.
  • The event was then renamed into BanG Dream! Special☆LIVE Girls Band Party! 2020→2021 and announced to be held at MetLife Dome on June 5-6, 2021, before being delayed once more.
• Golden Week Memorial Campaign was held alongside this event wherein event point rewards were tripled.
  • For the Worldwide server, the tripled event point rewards were in commemoration for 6M downloads.
